Ban After Account Was Compromised – Requesting Review
I’m posting to ask for help or guidance regarding a ban on my EA account related to Apex Legends.
Recently, I was able to recover my account after being locked out for a long time. After speaking with EA support, I found out that my account had been compromised in the past. It appears that during that time, the account may have been used in ways that violated EA’s Terms of Service, something I was completely unaware of until now.
Unfortunately, this resulted in a permanent ban from Apex Legends.
Now that I’ve regained access and secured my account, I’m hoping this situation can be reviewed. I had no involvement in any misconduct while the account was out of my control, and I’ve always aimed to play fairly.
I’ve submitted a case through EA Help, but I’m posting here in case anyone has been through something similar or if there’s a way the team could take another look at the ban.
