Ban Legends

I suggest adding a banning phase to legend selection. The 3 of us first ban a legend then the 3 of us pick. I would love to be able to ban octane every game. Octane and wraith mains are game ruiners

@ChaosWolf211 Can see this for custom lobbies if they get introduced, but no pub or ranked. Might work for arenas but it would always be whoever is meta / annoying "Lifeline would never see the light of day if I had the choice" but Devs are way too concerned of making sure every character has good playrates.

Actually, devs would probably try this like @EdwardDLuffy said or maybe take a note from BH chronicles to see if or how the playerbase adjust to not having access to more favorable characters
