Got banned for "Aggression" 25.08. I'm ok with that, had a rough day and my teammates were really annoying, so the ban is fair. The problem is, in the e-mail, it says that I'm banned for 72 hours, or 3 days, but the "My ban history" page tells me I have to wait until Sept 1, which is 168 hours, or 7 days. Did EA just give me more ban time without me knowing (I'm not complaining, just asking), or is that e-mail wrong?

The emails usually are correct. You could check-in with the customer support team to double-check what the ban duration might be. They won't be able to make any changes to the ban for you but they may be able to see a time-length so you know what to expect. If they can't see that information, they'll help you by escalating it to Terms of Service to verify.
