Banned Account and never answered by 'EA Contacts us'.

Hi, I got an email on Nov 8th my 'Apex Legends' account was banned.
They said I did cheating but I never did that. The only thing that I did that week was paid 'EA Play' for FIFA and paid 'Apex Coin' for the Season pass and playing game.
I thought that would be solved after the weekend because I didn't do anything (Cheat or bad things) and I just sent an email by 'EA Contacts us'.
But, It never answers until now. I sent an email on Nov 8th, Nov 11th, Nov 16th, Nov 22nd, Nov 27th. They said 'An EA Advisor will email you within 72 hours' but now spent more than 432 hours from the first email.

I asked with 'EA help' Facebook account but they said asked to 'EA Contacts us'. I said "I already sent an email more than 2 times" and they said, "Probably it needs more time cause hard to deal with many questions and problems"

I understand probably it needs more time because all the world suffers from Covid-19 and me also same as well. But... now almost a month. My account still banned, still no answers...

Now I find this page so, I hope this problem go to be solved. Or at least noticing.

  • @Appr5x I wish AHQ could do something to help you or offer you more advice. But unfortunately I don't believe any of us have access to your account information or the information regarding the ban.

    Hopefully you hear a response soon. If you do manage to get your account unbanned, please be sure and set up two factor authentication. You want to do everything you can to protect your account. Good luck with the appeal.
