Banned because i used Blitz?!

Question

Hello thereAfter a long absence i decided to play apex again! was there since season 2! 🙂&nbsp;I was really hyped to play this game again!&nbsp;I played 2 games, i died immediately ( ofc ourse :P ) and killed nobody...&nbsp;As i was waiting for my third game... i got this message that i got banned....I contacted the support of course and i wanted to know why they banned me. They said i was cheating... that i used a third program software...The only thing running other then apex was Spotify and Blitz gg ( application i use for league of legends)&nbsp;So my account got banned for nothing, and they want to hear nothing at all! i cant get my account back and the worst thing.... it is for nothing...&nbsp;It drives me crazy that they dont want to unban me....&nbsp;Is there anything i can do?!!? PLease help me!!&nbsp;

I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. It would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and see if the rules were broken or if the ban can be lifted.&nbsp;If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.&nbsp;

If you have new or additional information that was not originally included and you feel would help with the ban review, you're welcome to create a new appeal. Ultimately, there are only so many times the same information can be reviewed while hoping for a different outcome, however so there is a limit on the amount of appeals that can be sent in for the same ban review, please keep that in mind.&nbsp;

They just said that they did a investigation and that their decision is irreversible....

I mean how am i supposed to know that Blitz application will get me banned!?

It is such an unfair decision by them... i didnt do anything on purpose... and they dont even consider unbanning my account

I am extremely disappointed in how they manage this situation?!
