Banned for insulting myself

Hello I have a question my friend has been banned for insulting his self and im asking if thats reason to ban.

Hey @skyyxdddd,

If your friend feels like their ban is unjust, then I recommend that they raise a dispute with our terms of service team via the webform in the following article:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums, but they'll be able to take a look for them.

So first offall thank you for the Quick respond but my friend allready write a ticket about this and they said that it was insult but it wasn't so they wrote they can't unbanned his account so what should he do now?

@skyyxdddd,

Unfortunately they're the only team with the power to remove sanctions from accounts. If they've decided not to remove the sanction, then I'm afraid there's very little else I can recommend.

@skyyxdddd,

Other than trying to reach out to our terms of service team again, there's nothing really I can recommend. Bans aren't something we can help with on the forums, and again, they're the only team with the power to remove bans. If they don't, then I'm afraid that's the end of it.

His message must've included something that would violate the Positive Play Charter.
Whilst something might not be directed towards someone, certain messages could be considered disruptive or inappropriate to other players.
