Banned for no reason

I tried to get in game today but can't because I get banned ??? I don't use hacks or staff don't know any glitch's didn't troll others games and definitely don't get afk in game but game said i get banned because i used a hack how can i get this fixed. I mailed the support tho but I day off today so i wanna play the game allday that's my plan but no respond is this took so long can't find any body to talk real i need help

    Hi @Flardryn01,

    Your ticket/appeal has to enter a queue and once it reaches the top of that queue it then needs to be investigated which differs each time as no two cases are identical. I'll share this quote from here "When will I hear from you about a ban or suspension?":

    Hi @Flardryn01

    I'm afraid the forum staff aren't equipped to help with banned cases. It would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform if you'd like to appeal the ban. Please check out this EA Help guide for guidance on how to do that: How to get more information about my ban or suspension

    In terms of the Apex rules and what can result in bans, this article shares some information on that:  "Play by the rules in Apex Legends".

  • Yes I know but already mailed to help me for this banned problem i just want to know how much time it's gonna be solved

    They wont lift the ban, they'll send you the automated reply instead. Good luck.

  • I bought lot of bundles and stuff with real money this game make me happy last few days but i get banned for no reason and it's my first time banned for any game lol. I never get through this before in any games and I  play lot of games it's sad to me ☹️

  • @EA_Lanna sorry to disturb you but I have a quick question i got a mail from ea help for this ban problem but mail don't say anthing about my ban situation just reset password and when I get in to my cases it's says fixed nothing else can't find about did my ban unbanned or I am still banned how can I find out ?

    Hi @Flardryn01,

    Sorry for the delay in responding. Your tag got lost in a sea of notifications.

    If you're in any way concerned your appeal case is not on it's way to the Terms of Service team, definitely link in with the support team.  Keep in mind, the support team are in the same position we are here on the forums, they can't help with the ban itself or investigate it. They will, however, be able to double check the case statues for you and help to ease those concerns or if the case failed to send to Terms of Service the advisor will correct that asap, etc. Once they get a good look at it, they'll be better able to chat to you about your case.

    • EA Help website - Phone/Chat/Email - Availability may vary 
    • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance 
    • Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page
