Banned on 3 accounts, likely issue with my PC

I was banned on my year old account a few days ago and I was told I was cheating yet I have gameplay and I know I wasn't, but after making 2 new accounts, getting banned on one through steam and the other through origin, I believe there is an issue with my PC itself. I DO NOT WANT TO APPEAL THE BANS, I just want to find the issue.

I have a 10 minute YouTube video explaining the entire situation, where I show the first ban and even get banned while recording said video, which can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UX8n3I4ep7s I even show my task bar with every app I have open at the time of the ban, and I do apologize for the language, I was frustrated.

If anyone has any information that could assist me so I can send an appeal with the information of the fix, that would be amazing!

    Hey @MysticOnLive you will need to speak with our TOS team in relation to any ban

    If our TOS team have denied your appeals then there is nothing that we can do to change this.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • @MysticOnLiveYou should have gotten an email saying what you did. If you are getting banned over and over it likely is a hardware ban. You will need to open a ticket with EA support to figure it though. No one can really do anything for you here.

  • Do you play a lot of smurfs? Smurfing is defined as cheating btw.

    Perhaps they banned you for that? I do know they getting more and more aggressive on their banning these days, and are cleaning up in more and more areas of the game.

  • I even put in full caps, I dont want to appeal, I want to find the issue
