Based on their averages and percentages they advertise I'm getting the short end of the stick. I should have received at least a 1 Epic item out of them by now.

@DarthValtrexActually it’s a good tactic. It’s just like slot machines. Except you pay for every round there. If you’d get more uncommon, epics, legendaries, you’d be more unwilling to buy more. Now you’re getting frustrated and want better loot so you might just buy a skin so you’re guaranteed something good or more packs.
It’s reverse psychology mixed with marketing psychology.Maybe not exactly applicable for you but it’s a common practice

@Koochi-QDon't get upset if it gets banned by gaming regulatory boards. It's also not that good for business. While casinos might do well with those who gamble, they do horribly with those who don't gamble. Toss in that the majority of those who try gambling have a negative experience with gambling, those customers often do not return (ever). So you're banking on the few who do have a positive outcome, outspending the majority. It's really not that great of a business model. If you don't believe me, you should do some research on the gambling industry in America, it's in serious trouble right now and has been for a while because it is a scam.
