People are people, they tend to be different from you.
Everyone functions in their own way, has their own thought process and so on.
Not everyone is great at the game from the start either, it can take quite some time for players to get better. (Consider that not every player has experience with other FPS games)
You can group up beforehand if this is an issue for you, though just because someone isn't great doesn't make them a bot so to speak.
@XHelperZ I played this game for quite some time, and you know when someone is "fresh" or not.
These are not players that are lost in any way, they are very determined and seem confident.
My serious guess is that they are either very young kids or players that just gave up trying, just being mindless.
The second alternative I know for sure exists. But I wonder why they go ranked if they want to play like that. It makes no sense.
