Bought apex coins and never received them

Today is making 3 days since i bought them through Paypal, and nothing has arrived in my account, i can't contact EA because i can't find the EA live Chat support and for some reason, EA HELP on twitter, NEVER ANSWERS ANY OF MY MESSAGES...
