Bought skin by mistake in Apex Legends

Hello! I bought a skin by mistake in Apex Legends for 1800 coins. Could you please remove the skin and refund the coins? Thanks, Rumpallan

Sorry to say @Rumpallan but it is not possible for our team to remove a skin and refund you a purchase made by mistake.

Why not? ~It's a simple procedure to take our money and apply the purchase so there is absolutely no reason why it can not be reversed!

We have consumer rights!
