Bring back the anvil hop up please!

So I can do more than 9 damage with a 4x on a r301! 🤣 Seriously tho, why was it removed?

@hayhor People were using R301 with Anvil more than most snipers. It even outplayed the good Longbow when ppl knew how good it was due to the rapid fire of the gun

@Koochi-QSo make the fire rate slightly slower. Why remove things that are fun when they can be tweaked? Like the one that made an alternator usable. It was too strong. So make it slightly weaker.
Also longbow sucks!

  New Experiment -> not working as ‘thought’ -> scrap experiment.
  
  Existing Experiment (Wraith nerfs/buffs/reworks) -> not working as ‘thought’ -> more changes
  
  If it’s not already a component of the game they obliterate it out of existence. If it was in the game already they do random things to make it different.
