Bring back the anvil hop up please!

Last memory of the anvil hopup on a flatline was when a Gibby destroyed half a lobby by cheating with it, he was hidden in the tunnel exit on Train Yard side, headshotting anyone coming down. There was a carpet of deathboxes in front of him.

The main problems I see with Anvil is that it renders snipers obsolete. Nerfing it to be below snipers makes it unworthy, especially for legendary tier. Also, it favors camping and hiding there's a low risk to camp with R301 or Flatline because they do greatly on close combat, unlike sniper rifles. With Loba's enhanced ability, ammo cost is not that much of a problem anymore. Another thing, it's a bit too similar to the Skullpiercer and clearly stronger, so it doesn't make much sense to have both in the game at the same time. Last but not least, Anvil and Disruptor kind of fused and morphed into Rampart's Amped Wall, their recycling may render Rampart less useful, possibly affecting her pick rate negatively.
