Can’t see my cross platform friends

I hopped on apex to play with my friends that are on Xbox, and I’m on PlayStation. But I can’t see them. I couldn’t see my friends on PC either. Only friends showing up are my PlayStation friends. Idk what’s going on or if it’s some bug going on. Please fix your game. Seems like after every update there is some ground breaking glitch or bug that makes the game unplayable for the first couple weeks. If anyone has a solution let me know, or if it’s happening to anyone else.

    I recently just checked and it was still happening to me but then i ended up unadding my friend and adding them back and it worked for me

    I am having this problem too, though I am on xbox and my friend is on playstation. I cannot see them and they also cannot see me.

    Did you know the solution or the main problem? Cuz it happens to me too , all of my friends either Xbox or pc or any console suddenly disappeared from last night until now

    I've had this happen.  It usually sorts itself out over time, it's intermittent and maybe due to Xbox having issue (I'm PlayStation and I have some pals on XBox I play with).
