Can console progress carry over to PC if I switch platforms?

If I started out playing Apex Legends on console, and then later switched to PC, is there a way to link my accounts in order to carry over my progress from console to PC? Don't want to have to grind ...

you can if you login with the same EA account and use the EA launcher to play apex, though rank doesn’t carry over unfortunately.
