Seems pretty active to me. And wouldn't it be against the rules to repost a new topic for the same purpose as this one. So I found an answer and posted it on an old topic I found on google, get over it. And just in case you didn't see the answer, Use Killer Voices to cover the kill quips and any voice over you want.

@beox6ejpx3 The issue with necroing old threads is the game changes. There is nothing wrong with starting a new thread. Honestly if this is what you find when you google the topic it isnt that big of a deal.

Do you sell Killer Voices?

Its free, there's nothing to sell. Just the only solution I found that won't hinder your gameplay like removing all voices from the game so you can't hear your teammates getting shot or pings.
