Hey @jamesapple14, it's not currently possible to transfer progress or in-game content across platforms.

Yeah, I completely agree with what you're saying here. Money spent on a game should be able to carry that on your EA account, especially since loyalty is important, we've stuck around and supported the game. It just makes sense that you'd be able to transfer your skins, progress, and gamer tag name to a PC - Origin account. It just doesn't make sense that you wouldn't let us doing anything like that. Yet we've got to deal with cross-platform and they're able to bring PS players to Xbox lobbies. It just doesn't make sense that account movement between platforms wasn't a thing first.
