can i transfer skins and charms i earned on xbox to pc.

I've been playing since day 1 on Xbox and swapped to PC last season. since cross-play is becoming a thing I was wondering if I could get all the items I spent money on (skins and charms) from Xbox to PC. I know EA put out there wouldn't be able to transfer your data from console to PC but I think skins and such should be different since they are cosmetics, not to mention the limited twitch prime skins I have on Xbox. I'm just hoping that with crossplay being added that I could transfer over cosmetics to my PC account like my skins, charms, music packs, dive emotes, etc.
