Can Report XBox Players but not PSN

@Koochi-Q No I can't report PS players & I'm on PS. But I can report Xbox. All I can do to PSN players is block them.
I love PS. There were very few games on Xbox I was interested in. I sold my Xbox One a couple of months ago. But I feel PS3 was the best so far (haven't played 5 yet), mainly because of these key features:
1.You could store media on it like pics, video & music.
2. Could play online for free.
3. Tons free themes to choose from or could easily make your own.
4. Some models were fully backwards compatible.

@Lord_Scorpion34Wait what? ;0 you can report xbox?! I heard you guys could also only block due to crossplay...
There’s a way to ‘report’ ps on ps but like I said, it’s a convoluted way.
PS1 BEST! the games, the newness of the consoles... the ways to play! beautiful thing.
