Can someone help me to change ea link steam and xbox account?

i need someone to help me to change link steam and xbox because my before account is gone

so i need someone to help me unlink my xbox and steam

    Ok, let me confirm I understand your issue fully:

    • You want to remove Xbox and Steam from one EA account and link them to a different EA account. Am I correct?
    • You can't access your old EA account because you've lost the password and the email tied to it. Is that right?

     

    If yes, please know:

    • ❌ You cannot unlink Xbox or Steam yourself unless you can access the old EA account.
    • ✅ If you recover the EA account (by updating the email and resetting the password), there’s no need to unlink anything — your game data and progress will stay safe.
    • ❌ If you unlink Xbox/Steam from the recovered account and link them to a new EA account, you will lose all your EA games, progress, and purchases. These are tied to the EA account, not the Xbox/Steam profiles.

     

    The next steps:

    To recover your old EA account (so you don’t lose access to your games, saves, and purchases),

    1. Click on this link to open the EA Help site
    2. Scroll down to Still need help.
    3. Choose the Live Chat option
    4. When the chat conversation begins, explain, “I lost access to the email on my EA account and can no longer log in. Please help me update the email and reset the password so I can access my account.”

     

    You mentioned running into issues with chat before. If those issues pop up again this time:

    • Try switching browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
    • Use a desktop instead of a phone

    Hi Rutopop​, 

    Can you share a bit more? Did something happen that is making you want to unlink the accounts from your EA account?  Unlinking generally isn't recommended as it carries some significant risks.

    i need link the new xbox and steam because my old account is got lost i forgot the password and email is gone too

    so i need to link the new xbox and steam 

     i try to chat online but nothing happen

    Hi Rutopop​, 

    Ah I see. Thanks so much for helping to explain things. 

    Let's see...in order to remove the link, you need to access your EA account setting portal from inside the original EA account. You can't do that just yet, but I think that's a good thing, as there are risks involved with unlinking. For example, if you remove your Steam and Xbox link to the original EA account and link it to a new EA account, you'll permanently lose access to the EA games, the game progress, and in-game purchases. That might defeat the purpose here.

    Before opting for that, let's try to recover the EA account. You will need the support team's help for this. They can update the email registered to your original EA account, and help you recover your access, removing the need to sever any links. 

    You mentioned trying chat but said nothing happened. Could you describe it a bit more? Were you able to open a chat window?

    No no no, I mean I have an EA account

    It links Xbox and Steam and I want to change it

    So I need someone to help me use Xbox and Steam
