Can we nerf Horizon already

Her tactical need to be 30-35 sec. its a silent grapple and gives your whole team a huge advantage and negates Gibraltar and Bangalore ults when she's in the air. that tactical should not be 15sec....

@WreckingVi I thought the nerf was in the latest patch rather than S8? I haven't played her in a while to notice tbh.

@Eye_of_Horus_O2 Her tactical is very loud? Surely Gibbys tactical still hits? (Tho I haven't tested it).

@GH0STEDbyME I thought so as well. I'm not sure if she needs more or less. She is a difficult legend to deal with when the person playing her uses her ability correct.
