Can we please get rid of Split Rank reset . so hard to rank up as solo !

I cant express how hard it is to rank up as solo . ya silver and gold are bad . but after that its become really really hard. 

i dont have time to find people to play with or even know people that want to play on basis . 

Last season i hit Plat after only playing last 10 days of season . 

But playing season 8 its really hard now . i am  gold 3 close to gold 2 and MM system is really make it hard to enjoy the game . silver and bronze match up with me . i cant imagine ever passing gold now . its just annoying to play rank at this point unless i want to hide all game for those +6 16 or 32 RP points. 

Then there is the split . in 30 days rank will reset again and i have to start all over. in other games seasons easily last 3-6 months without any rank reset . i dont want to regrind my ranks its not fun . i want a consistent rank where i belong and play with same level of people . 

It is just not fun atm !
