Can you please deal with higher rank players intentionally jumping into low rank

@Huntinwabits Ya don't, if someone is willing to spend the time making a new account only to shoot back up the ranks and do it over and over again, than that's on them.

They're wasting their own time trying to seem like better players playing in lower ranks.
