Cancel account ban

Hi there I don't know whats going on my account has been banned suddenly due to suspicious IP information. I guess it's related to the VPN i used. Please take a look. Thanks.

    I'm sorry, we aren't set up to investigate these through Answers HQ. Did you receive an email alerting you to the ban? It might share more information such as what team can help look into it more for you. If you're not sure, could you pop up an image of the message you're seeing, and I'll do my best to point you in the right direction to get more help on this.

It might share more information such as what team can help look into it more for you. If you're not sure, could you pop up an image of the message you're seeing, and I'll do my best to point you in the right direction to get more help on this.

  • Thanks Lana, I did receive an email says "WE REGULARLY MONITOR ATTEMPTED LOGINS TO ACCOUNTS SO THAT WE CAN HELP KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT MORE SECURE. DURING THIS, WE NOTICED SOME SUSPICIOUS LOGIN ATTEMPTS OR ACTIVITY ON YOUR ACCOUNT. TO PREVENT ANYONE OTHER THAN YOU FROM ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT WE HAVE LOCKED THE ACCOUNT. THIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG IN TO YOUR EA ACCOUNT UNTIL WE CAN VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT IS SECURE." Please see what i can do to restore my account. I have put a lot of money in it and I really love APEX!

    Bro this same thing happened to me when someone got my email info and password because of a recent data breach...through this they got into my EA account and I received the same email.  Initially I thought it was a great thing, since they alerted me to someone who was hacking into my accounts...Then I realized they gave my EA account a ban and my Apex Legends account, the only game i play, a ban as well.  I have now been contacting EA support and filed 4 cases, that was 3 months ago.  I have been playing since the first day the game released, am a 4 time apex predator, top 10 predator in arenas, and 9 times masters.  I have 40,000 apex kills on wraith alone.  Guess what?  Still not unbanned and everytime i try and contact them, as usual, EA is worthless.  The most worthless customer service, support, and disgusting methods of trying to just rake in more money.  If one more week goes by, and my account is still banned, that is fine, I will go live on twitch youtube to the 1000's of subs i have, then post it on twitter to the 100,000+ followers, all about a deatiled look into how bad and sorry this entire company really is.

  • * happens man. I have no idea why they just keep ignoring the community. We have put so much money into accounts and they just stole it. If any of staff seeing this please respond.
