Cannot possibly win as Legend

New game mode is absolutely terrible, Shadows damage is way overtuned and the immediately respawn. As it stands right now, impossible to win since you and the other survivors wont actually team up, ...

@Willis2515 I won twice as Bang, what I do is as soon as the ship comes down i throw my ult down on top of it and start running as the bodies pile up on screen and hop in the ship, its too hard but it isn't impossible. Probably really hard for certain legends but for bang and gib it is pretty easy if you drop your ult right on the ship.

I managed to get the win last night. It took a combination of few shadows, positioning, and lotsa luck.

The ship was landing in airbase, I was Pathfinder (though I didn't really use his abilities all that much). I got to airbase no problem, plenty of other temmates around. I grab a corner and wait out the clock. I notice another pathfinder set a zipline to the evac spot, so I figure I should do the same. The very moment I pull out the zipline launcher, a shadow rounds the corner. I panic, fatfinger my keyboard trying to pull my weapon back out, get knocked down. So I yell a specific curse word pretty damn loud, but before the shadow killed me, a teammate shoots and kills them, and I crawl my * to the evac ship, victory. I immediately type "Thank you to whoever saved my *."
