Can't contact terms of service team
Hello, so I recovered my account a few days back after it got hacked. The person that used the account got banned, now when I try to make a dispute about the ban I get an instant response from the terms of service team(i think he already disputed the case so thats why i can't do it again). Well, I think that the fact that the account was hacked changes things...Now when I try to dispute the ban I get an instant response that the case was already reviewed(not my case...), I spoke with 4 EA Advisors that did the exact same thing, created a dispute and sent it to the TOS Team and it never arrived at the TOS Team since it always got an instant response for a bot..
How can I reach the TOS Team or is there a way to make a case that can be reviewed? I tried creating a new account and make a dispute from that one but it says that I need to make the dispute from the banned account, thing that I can not do.
