Can't contact terms of service team

Hello, so I recovered my account a few days back after it got hacked. The person that used the account got banned, now when I try to make a dispute about the ban I get an instant response from the terms of service team(i think he already disputed the case so thats why i can't do it again). Well, I think that the fact that the account was hacked changes things...Now when I try to dispute the ban I get an instant response that the case was already reviewed(not my case...), I spoke with 4 EA Advisors that did the exact same thing, created a dispute and sent it to the TOS Team and it never arrived at the TOS Team since it always got an instant response for a bot..

How can I reach the TOS Team or is there a way to make a case that can be reviewed? I tried creating a new account and make a dispute from that one but it says that I need to make the dispute from the banned account, thing that I can not do.

    This is a bit of a tricky one to be honest. With regards to any sanction you can only file so many appeals, if all have been refused EA's ToS team basically treat it as a final decision and will refuse to review the case any further.

    There's isn't anything regarding bans etc that can be done here other than to point people in the right direction to seek assistance, which you've already done.

    You could perhaps file a new ticket explaining your circumstances as opposed to appealing on the current ticket but I can't confidently tell you this will be successful.

    Sorry but they did not review the case, that's what I am saying. After I recovered the account all I got were bot instant responses so my tickets never arrived at ToS team(no human ever checked my ticket). This is because the ban was disputed by the person that stole the account. So since I am not the person that got banned and my account was stole the dispute should be reviewed again but MY CASE that the account was hacked never got reviewed. It always got instantly responded that the case was already been reviewed(the hackers case was reviewed not mine).

    I am posting here because maybe a ToS Team member or someone that can fo snything about it sees this and proceeds to help me.

    @rsleepey  My apologies for the misunderstanding, however my initial point about nobody here being able to offer any real assistance still stands unfortunately. The EA staff here and the ToS team are Independent entities essentially.

    The best I can do for you is to flag this post and see if anything further can be suggested.
