Guys guys guys.
It works like this.
Respawn classifies the player in 2 groups:
Group 1: You sign EA contract.
Group 2: General population.
Group 1 gets auto aim lock on their machine and auto doge on say my machine. (See footage above where targets vibrate like mofo. You an also see on their stream how everyone shooting them is shooting in this wide spread. Because on those shooters clients the target is doding/vibrating/teleporting 5m side to side)
Group 2 gets "autobalanced" so that none of us get "noticed". Server sends the client a value, lets say 0.2. That means the server instructs the client that only 20% of bullets may hit (since bullet hits seems client decided). But then there was a bug in the code where although 80% of bullets don't show damage, the hit sounds and animations (those red dots) still execute (BUG!). Client sends server hit regs. Server rejects any amount over the pre-decided value.
It's a bug in their game rigging engine.
And this is 100% fact. I can empty an entire R-99 clip into someone, but at most 5 hits are given. The rest of my bullets are turned into marshmallows.
These so called "Apex esports" noobs can mow someone down with an R-99 at 150m while they are flying. Total and utter buuuullllshit.
Don't believe me. Just watch their streams. Their R-99 un-modded shoots straighter than my fully upgraded R-99 which recoil looks like I am pissing into the wind. For god sakes they use the R-99 as their "long range weapon". I mean if you cant see through that you got as much peanuts in your head as these idiot Respawn dudes that think we cant see this sh!t.
