Character features

Why do I get add ons for characters that I do not have unlocked? For example I have sooooo many quips, skins, etc for caustic and I’m never going to unlock him because I don’t use him.

    Hey @M_FI0 pack contents are random so you will receive items for all the different characters in the game.

I know that the packs contain random contents and that’s fine. I just don’t understand why I’m getting stuff for a character (caustic) that I have not unlocked yet.

Hey @M_FI0 you can receive items for the full roster of players including those you have yet to unlock.
