@UwPsychoWhen spectating a teammate or enemy, you don't actually see a video stream, but a simulation. It's very possible that the data for spectating gets sent at a lower rate (like 20 fps) to take some strain off the server and then the client side interpolation gets the job to make things fluid again. But this can sometimes make movement and tracking appear inhumanely smooth, so you shouldn't be too quick to judge.
- 6 years ago@DoYaSeeMe hahahaha are you joking me ? I play videogames since I'm 8, I know what can be done and what can not. Maybe the videos I posted doesn't show clearly what this guy was doing. I'll upload something better.
I'm not "quick to judge". I take my time to watch and report. I don't report anyone who kills me.
Are you a player in Asia ? If not, you have no idea.- 6 years ago@UwPsycho I am not joking. If you'd have the opportunity of banning players based solely on spectating them, I'm pretty sure you would drop the hammer on some legit players as well.
Also, I'm not trying to exonerate anyone, keep reporting anything suspicious, but also understand that it's not an easy process. Those clips you've attached aren't anything special, I've lasered enemies harder than that on a few occasions and I'm truly average. To determine if that player did actually cheat, they must check his tracked data as well. They must follow rules, not hunches.- 6 years ago
I don't want to start an argument about something that's not the topic. My bad I uploaed a bad video. I'll upload something better. But please, don't defend these people who make the game unplayable.

dude...r u serious? X'mon I expected more out of you than this... Many of us live in China/Asia and deal with cheaters practically every match. Maybe because you play on other servers and have 1 cheater out of 100 matches or a bit too naive to realize that we are not judging who is/isn't cheating. Anyone playing on the AS servers have a hell of a lot more "experience" dealing with and playing against servers everyday.

When spectating a player using aimbot, fps means nothing whatsoever.

My thoughts on this is that Apex is lacking of players lately compared to its announcement year and couple first months, and they just don't want to scope those cheaters otherwise they will be down 20, 30% of their player base.
- 6 years ago@Bad_No_BaNg What you say doesn't make much sense. If this game would have 20-30% cheaters, it would probably die in a week. None of the legit players would ever have a chance of winning with 3-4 teams of aimbotters around every match, so they would simply just quit. Then cheaters would leave as well, because most of them would not be able to win even with cheats enabled, while boosted accounts would hardly sell. On the other hand, removing so many cheaters would totally be worthy for Respawn / EA/ EAC, as they would loudly brag with this for weeks and benefit from a huge increase of the (willing to spend) playerbase.
- 6 years ago@jumanjaydazed You expect me to join the dev roasting side or...? No can do, as I'm a dev myself and probably see things differently. I prefer constructive reasoning over roasting and tantrums. The latter only lead to bad behavior.

Rosting, who is rosting devs ? I'm not rosting devs, I love the game, devs made an amazing work. I'm blaming 1st of all anti-cheat service. 2nd EA because even I've reported LOT's of cheaters, not those I've doubt, the ones I'm 100% sure were cheating but I haven't got any answers. You talk to me like you are sure that I'm wrong... Well, since yesterday I'm recording all my gameplay, I already have lot's of proof, to show you what I call a cheater. Don't be so offended. I'm not a little kid who's mad about everyone who lasers me. Please trust a fellow gamer.
