COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE?

I was just curious on what this mean i recently linked my steam account to my ea account with my psn on it for the first time i logged on to play a match and then got the screen that said i have been banned so ive been trying to get information and finally for the email they use to send out ban notification's with and saw my account has a ban from aug 25 2019 so i went to my ban history didnt see anything there at the time so i had no clue what was going on and after submitting a ticket and getting a reply back after showing i only played on psn during that time with pictures of my apex account during season 2 which that was the time and other proof with when i got apex on steam which was in 2021 think that this would be enough i got told we wont be reversing the ban so i went and looked at my ban history again and it shows 10/27/23 the day i merged my ea account that had steam on it with this account which confused me cause if there was a ban on my account from 2019 shouldnt it be on there and when i brought this up in another ticket i put in with emails showing 25 different log ins in 25 different places around the world with the ban email and the previous proof it doesnt make sense how they dont realize my account was obliviously hacked but they said the same thing again after review we issued your ban correctly? HOW? Like yes my account was clearly hacked and yes if they hacked on my account then the ban was given correctly but i now have control over the account. Like why not just lift it i even downloaded my data to see more cause if you want to know what your ban is you have to and it said COMPETITIVE_ADVANTAGE? now is this cheating, using glitches, like what is this cause i looked at the tos and couldn't find it maybe i didnt see all i saw was this: (Engage or assist in cheating or other anticompetitive behavior (such as boosting, collusion, and match or matchmaking manipulation). So i ask again how much more proof do they need cause in the change log it shows: "gameDomain": "APEX_LEGENDS",

But in my emails which i will attach it show 2019 im just so confused with this like what else can i do to prove it wasnt me. I also looked on my ea games to see how much time was spent playing and it was like an hour and half and the stats on the account arent good like what so ever 11 games played total highest KLL 4 KD .90 total dps 3k 0 wins 0top5. now ill play both sides of this if i did hack on the account why would the stats be that bad when my psn stats are at like 3.0KD 2.8KD and like over 100k dps and i only played S1 and S2 on console havent touched apex console since. The point of this discussion is to maybe get a little of insight and maybe a guiding hand of what else i could use as proof cause im stumped i thought i had enough already but i guess not.

Sorry to hear about all of that.

Step 1. recover your account:
If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

Step 2. Dispute the ban, with as much info as possible including the account recovery:
If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

ahh yesss my post talking about legal cause of something a ea employee thats not right and its removed when no legal threats where issued like this is insane&nbsp;

1. no way to contact a real person on the phone for ea problem 1

2. the people you can talk to through chat cant do anything for you if you want to make a complaint.

3. ea says they do thing when in reality they dont investigate they delete you proof of innocence and tell you yea your not being unbanned and we will not reply back to this ever again even when you have absolute proof 100%. Like wtf is wrong with ea even other game companies will look and give you exact reason to a ban and if you show proof they will unban you but ea will not look claim to investigate they dont claim to have looked at everything they dont you give proof they delete it like what are you spouse to do become a streamer with millions of viewers and followers so you get a little slap on the hand and get your account unbanned?????????
