It happen sometimes when I play in game, and I think my connection is good. How to fix this?

What's your ISP broadband package? - Im trying to connect from sweden and have 100/100 mb/s and i still get this...
Indonesia, https://indihome.co.id for ISP. And I have no RTO for sure.
