Community Admin@OhaiSpooky I see 2 Gamertags attached to your posting profile so hopefully this is just a mixup, can you try relogging and check again? Your main account should also have some currency/progress.
@EA_David I’m on my main account the other one has no play time on apex select items have relocked themselves after my purchase and have them for about a day I have all proof needed but for some reason text support insists it’s a connection issue and “not possible” for my cosmetics to be locked again I’d just want some assistance to get my stuff back.
