@bosourd Ordinary packs do count, even if they were from battle passes, legendary and epic packs however do not.

It’s good to keep bringing it up because people aren’t going to use the search button to search for this... or most other threads they want to know about. Making an own thread is easierWhat if you already have an heirloom? I got one around 100 packs. (Lifeline for, well, Life)
@Cracjaw450 The counter resets, so you have to start counting again from 0 packs. So if you got it in the 100th pack ,to have the 2nd one you maybe need to open up to another 500 packs, so 600 in total.
