Crashing when exiting game

I've all of a sudden started crashing when exiting to desktop, and my computer restarts itself. Here is the error.

Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.
Stop code: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (0X139)

I've reinstalled Windows
Updated drivers
Ran memtest with no errors

Has anyone else seen this before?

Brav3h3art3 Sounds like your RAM cards, (or another component), started failing. Have you already run tests to see if everything is running as it should, (like the memtest one you've mentioned)?
