they told me to come back here, and to ask for someone on the team, to help reimburse me, because the advisors in the chats cant do that for me. and to come here, and be put into contact with someone who can. so if there is someone who can reimburse what I lost, then neither party has to go through an excruciating process. We can certainly pass along feedback for how something works, but we cannot reimburse you for purchases or anything that was lost due to unlinking an account, nor is there someone particular that can be contacted for that to happen. I'm sorry to say you've been misinformed in that regard.
The only way to restore anything lost with an account unlink is to re-link the original accounts. Anything that is not restored automatically at that point is permanently lost.
