I'm not really sure that anyone on here has actual experience dealing with custom lobby setup.  I guess I'd suggest contacting some content creators who you know have been involved with hosting tournaments.  They might have the knowledge to help with your question.

@pandareno1999 afaik there is no one besides ALGS that has a custom hud for the casters side that displays on stream
