cutting edge r-99 skin

So I have heard that the cutting edge r99/ revolutionary skin isn’t available anymore, which is a shame. So I thought to myself, that if it would come back in some sort of recolour, that many players would be attracted by it. I don’t think of this like of the peacekeeper reactive skin by any means. There are many different ways they could approach this. Maybe after mastering one weapon, you could get the chance to unlock a Skin out of a catalogue of skins. Or they could do like a event where it would be possible to get a few reactive skins. Think of it like of a collection event. Maybe the main prize could be a new reactive skin of some sort or similarly wanted items. Do you think this is possible in some way?
