Daddy day care

I've come to the conclusion that so many of the older player base have quit due to being alienated by how Apex has been handled as a project that we're just left with a vast majority of casual and new players.

It's extremely rare i see a player above 200 on my team anymore, hell even 150 plus is a luxury.

Many of the older players at this point have teamed up into premades to avoid the mass swarm of newbies and it's left those of us who didn't in a pretty dire situation. 😛

I'm literally forced to play duo as we've never been able to find a third player up to standard, and duo lobbies we're in are loaded with diamond/pred premades as we have pretty decent stats.

In short, the struggles are real. XD

@Koochi-Q I came up with a theory the other day that sbmm balances the team within the players in the match, so the team itself is balanced by level, etc, across all squads. Thus all teams are the same.

As an example I came 2nd in the previous match and as I'm over level 300, to balance the match teams, sbmm put me in a squad of my own!😃

@OldTreeCreeper  would explain why me and my duo are  often missing a third to be fair, we have the combined level of about 850. Seeing as the vast amount of players seem to be below 200 we would  be averaged out as a duo i guess?

Assuming it even works that way.

The best are the squeakers who talk themselves up pregame and then die instantly. Then, when you survive get them up and go onto a good game, even tho they continue to suck, they beg you to play more with them.

@MandatoryIDtagThis is def the case as you can see longer load times in trios. Also by the sheer amount of 4K 20 bombers as champion squad. But even then... with thousands of players and game being out over a year. There’s only so many times a person can have 1 or 2 sub lvl 100’s in a team! XD or lvl 100+ who seem to not know how the game is played... just now again 2 dumb teammates start shooting in last 3 while in the effing middle! One even runs towards a full squad wearing a lvl 2 evo suit! Gets killed... what does the other do... run right out of safety, to revive a person in clear LOS of 2 teams. Gets mowed down faster than you can say hamburgered... then the 2 have the audacity to start furiously pinging...

@OldTreeCreeper, thats how LBMM is supposed to function if a game can’t find players of equal levels but in this game this isn’t the (always... not even mostly the) case. So NO! The teams are definitely not balanced! XD

@hayhor I’ve never had that. Just the young’uns prepubescent voice when the game starts and sometimes a little talking and when they die start cussing or saying ‘awww man!’ It’s mostly british lads xD. Never heard another young’un accent other than proper british XD

@Koochi-Q  That's bizarre because i've only ever come across one brit on mic in all my time playing, and i'm on the london data centre. XD

I mostly get french/dutch/germans. The odd russian here and there and judging by the sheer amount of crazy laggy players i would say south africans too.

@Koochi-Q  Yeah i generally spot dutch folk by the names,in my experience of the dutch people they speak english extremely well so not so much by the language. Quite a similar sense of humour to us brits also so i've had quite a lot of dutch friends over the years,which makes it a bit easier to detect the accent too. 😛
