- @DaDeDimson Like Sliv I am really confused on how you have managed to lose this much RP in Plat in one day.
I'll give you my advice, I'm a 80% Ranked player and 20% Pubs player.
Bronze, Silver, Gold are all easy ranks, they are seriously easy and most of the time I find them even easier than my pub games. You can get away with so much here because of how mixed and poor the players and lobbies are.
Plat is where it gets difficult because you have such a wide variety of players in there. Players that are Master level, high Diamond level, low Diamond level and just plat players all battling it out.
The aim and the easiest way to process through Plat is to pick fights smartly, don't just hot drop and try to get max KP if you're not at that level because I'm not at that level and it doesn't work for me. You ideally want to land somewhere, get some loot, know where the other teams are and pick your fights wisely avoiding the opportunity of being 3rd partied.
Play for the late ring, play for position and only fight when you need to or when you think you have a 65%+ chance of winning the fight.
I max out on KP a fair amount in Plat and this works for me.
