I don't even know if I should use the word etiquette with the way people are in this game these days lol. Anyway, if you pick up a high level item like a gold backpack, & you die, but your team brings you back. Do you think they should give you the item(s) back?
What recon said, insta leave. However, one exception, they can't respawn me there and ring is coming, or whatever reason for me not being able to return to my box, then it's better that the bag or whatever stays on the team rather than is consumed by the ring.
Ok what if the enemy took it but they knew or you told them what you had?
@Lord_Scorpion34If you specifically told them and you get respawned at the boxes, they should give it back, I think. But I'd never know as I mute my team first thing on the selection screen. 😏
The question needs more context to answer. If you're getting respawned where you can access your deathbox, an item like that should never have been taken. Unlike an armor swap, ammo or heals, it's unnecessary in order to win a fight. Honestly, if my box was ripped like that in pubs I'd most likely just leave the game rather than play with that team mate.
If you're being respawned later on a different part of the map, it would be good manners to return the item. But I wouldn't really expect it
