Delay time looting when dropping.

15 ping to my DC and this happens to me ALL the time. Opening doors and bins are a pain at first drop also. You can see the stuttering dropping on the way to the ground. But how come just some people have this issue and not all?
Obviously the issues are server side. I get DCd with leaf and other one also but mostly leaf very often. With a high end PC this isn't on my end. Especially when I play other games without these issues.
