Hey all, please do not share links to any cheats you may see as doing so is technically a breach of the AHQ User Rules and Guidelines.

From here on out, any sharing of videos or naming of users and accusing them of cheating or linking to cheating sites will result in bans.

If you are in game and suspect a user of cheating then please report them by following the steps in this link: https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/apexlegends/contact/report/

We take all reports very seriously and will fully investigate.

We’ve been working closely with key experts across EA including: EA Security and Fraud, the Origin teams, our fellow developers at DICE, FIFA, and Capital Games, in addition to Easy-Anti-Cheat. We can share some high level stats of progress that’s been made:

The recently added in-game reporting tool has had a big impact on discovering new cheats, including previously undetectable cheats that are now being found automatically via EAC
Total bans are now at 770K players
We have blocked over 300K account creations
We have banned over 4,000 cheat seller accounts (spammers) in the last 20 days
Total affected matches on PC impacted by cheaters or spammers has been reduced by over half in the last month due to recent efforts
We take cheating in Apex incredibly serious and have a large amount of resources tackling it from a variety of angles. It is a constant war with the cheat makers that we will continue to fight.

We’ll be back next week with an update on another one of the issues called out in last week’s post. In the meantime, there have been a number of reports of the missing close footsteps audio on Reddit. We have only seen a few videos of those situations, so if you could please include video with your post illustrating the issue that will be a big help for us in ensuring we can fix the problem.

Im here to tell you there are many modding/exploiting/cheating players on PS4 playing apex.

I have videos of people useing many different kinds of mods that i havnt aeen since call of duty games.

People shooting completely thru rocks, steel buildings, ect, auto locating mods(no bloodhounds. They just seem to "know" exactly where your at... Without ever seeing you..., auto aim, speed boost(without bangalore or octane) instant reloading, zero swap weapon shot delay, and more then 250hp/shield on none gibraltors. Just 5 minutes ago i shot a lifeline for 258 damage point blank and got one shot... They just ran off like nothing happend. People dealing one shot 200+ damage shots with guns that do not what so ever even hit more then 30 damage a single shot.

Its ridiculous. But instead of do anything about it im sure the same bs "ps4 cant be modded or hacked" statements will be made. Which is hillarious to say or believe.

@Ghastlykronic420 Do you have a YT with these videos up? You can't post them here though.

I'm curious as to what you see, as you cannot file/script mod/hack a PS4 and continue to play on line. I want to see what you are claiming to be hacks.

I have hundreds of hours on PS4 and have not seen anything that resembles a hack. Iffy deaths from time to time? Yes. Longer TTK that what is normal? Yes. But this is server/lag/hit registration issues. I've yet to see or experience anything that comes close to cheating on PS4. No wall hacks. No aimbot.... Nothing. Zero.

I can track people through walls and around mountains or up buildings due to headset. When the sound works as it should, it's pretty easy to track an enemy that is out of sight.

The claim that ps4 cant have those things done to it is completely false. Hilariously so. Everything in the world computer based at all can be hacked/modded.
