Hypothetical situation:
You work in a grocery store as a greeter. An angry customer comes up to you and screams at you to F off. How would you like your boss to respond to this situation? Would you keep working there if they told you to just suck it up and didn't defend you from the customer, or allow you to verbally defend yourself?
@pandareno1999 In most decent places you should be acting professional no matter how they respond. Unless it's violence then defend yourself and call the police.
