Did not receive Ultimate Battle Pass from Xbox gifting

On March 2nd I gave my friend the ultimate battle pass + through the Xbox Store, he received the code to redeem it which he did, and then he did NOT receive any reward, no skins, no coins or apex pac...

Hey lNezquik,

Can you take a screenshot of the offer you had gifted through Xbox?

The one I'm aware of is an upgrade from the Ultimate to the Ultimate+, not the Battle Pass itself- meaning your friend would still need to pick up the actual Ultimate Battle Pass. If you're seeing a separate offer, we'd definitely want to track that down as Battle Passes themselves cannot be gifted currently.
