Did the season 0 leaks come true? [Contains seasons 0, 2, 5, and 6 leaks]
**SPOILER WARNING**
These leaks are 1-2 years old already. Just in case my predictions are right, might as well put a spoiler warning. LOL.
Now that Ash has been confirmed to join the Apex Games, I would like to go back 2 years ago and just check if these early leaks came true. This will be a short history of the leaked roster of Apex legends from seasons 0 to 6.
Season 0 Leak
On March 2019, less than a month after the release of Apex Legends, Shurgtal and other dataminers have seen some concept arts and code names for future legends. This leak revealed all the legends up until S6 and somewhat s10 (explanation below on prophet).
Legends that eventually came into the game:
1. Octane - S1 legend
2. Natalie - codename for Wattson and became the S2 legend
3. Talchum - codename for Crypto and became the S3 legend
4. Nomad - codename for Revenant and became the S4 legend
5. Rosie - codename for Loba and became the S5 legend
6. Rampart - S6 legend and was still a male character.
7. *Prophet - this legend was eventually scrapped but I'll still add this here because Prophet and another legend named Pariah's abilities were combined and eventually became Seer. Seer's tactical came from Prophet while the ultimate came from Pariah. More info on Prophet below.
Scrapped Legends: Even though these were canceled legends, they may still come back or some of their abilities can be used for future legends like prophet.
1. Prophet - Again, Prophet's tactical eventually became Seer's tactical.
- Passive: increase accuracy of snipers during ADS
- Tactical: same as Seer's
- Ultimate: Equips a silenced sniper with 3 shots
2. Jericho - People want another support legend right now. Is his kit still viable in today's game. His skills revolve around giving teammates extra slots for their bags and the ultimate, he makes a replicator
3. Husaria - I love this one but her kit is too situational. She equips a shotgun ammo in her legs and damages enemies when she kicks down a door. She also has a flash bang
4. Skunner - A defensive legend where he can place spiked traps on the ground that slow and damage enemies.
Season 2 Leak
An insider took a picture of some of the new legends. Rampart was still a guy here.
New legends in this leak:
1. Valk - her name was changed to Valkyrie in S9 but everyone still calls her as Valk.
2. Blisk - more on this later
Scrapped legend:
1. Downfall - Downfall was like an early version of Fuse since his kit revolves around throwables. They were thinking of a burning effect in the game that time and this legend would throw out molotovs at enemies and is immune to fire.
Season 5 Leak
More insider leaks from what I guess are QA testers of the game since these look very early and not the build given out to content creators.
New legends in this leak:
1. Horizon - S7 legend
2. Fuse - S8 legend. The icon in the leak was eventually used as art for his event tracker.
3. Ash - S11 legend
Scrapped legend:
1. Pariah (that robot with a hoodie) - this where Seer's ultimate came from called sonar grenade
Season 6 Leaks
There's no new legend here other than models for Valk, Fuse, Blisk and Ash was shown. This will be the last time that we got a whole roster leak. All of the legends in this leak have come out except for 1.
The Current Roster
This will be the current roster when season 11 arrives. The only one left from that season 6 leak and will probably the S12 legend is Blisk. This will also be a good time to release him lore-wise after Ash. In the video below (hidden in spoilers) was a leaked video of Blisk's abilities being tested around season 6. Along with that video was Ash's abilities which came out to be true.
