Didnt get rank points bug?

Good day,

i want to express my concern about my rank points. I just won a game that would give me enough points to rank up to plat 3 but the game suddenly crashed during the celebration phase. I went back to restart my game and its showing im back to plat 4! What the heck??  I hope this is the match id for reference: 4.987614.10262307.4a18de9f. I also took screenshots of this matter. Need help pls

i played one game of unranked and ranked and it still showed im plat 4, without getting my hard earned points to rank to plat 3
