I got my account disabled for no reason just restarting the games disabled my account .

when I try to login in to apex its says disabled and after in the EA webpage its says ban and no reason has been displayed

they emailed me that they had investigated the situation and they said I had violated but I didn't and without any proof they just banned me this is not fair
