Does the 3rd Year Anniversary legends unlock for life ?

Hello! I’m wondering if when we unlock the 3rd Year Anniversary legends Octane (week 1), Wattson (week 2) and Valkyrie (week 3) by login in on their respective weeks we get them for life ?

@Sati_Sati Finally pulled my first Heirloom shards out of the first Octane pack I opened, having played since launch! I would have to agree with you XD
