I just got killed with ricochet bullets against a mastiff which was surprising against the last squad,
I thought it was hack at first but after watching the clip again it looked like a ricochet

Well, the Mastiff is special in itself when you shoot at walls. There seems to be some kind of ricochet or some kind of splinters.
But IMHO the game doesn't have Bullet Ricochet I've never come across a situation myself where I saw it, noticed it or got "hit" by it.
